Return Period:

Return Criteria:

• Applicable to both regular priced and sale items.
• Returns must be made through mail.
• Items must be in unworn, unwashed condition, with the original clothing tag and the original zipper bag intact.
• Any free promotional gifts must also be returned with the purchased product.

Exclusions from Returns:

• Deliberately damaged items are ineligible for returns.
• Items that become defective due to customer washing, ironing, or handling.
• Products purchased from third parties or third-party platforms.

Refund Process:

• Returned items meeting the criteria will be processed as store credit equivalent to the purchase price, minus a 3 SGD restocking fee.
• Delivery fees will not be refunded.
